- Make sure you have claimed a plot first to access build tools and the rest of the create icons.
2. Make sure you are not in a “Play My Game” or “Play ALL Games” modes and that you’re also not in a “Play” only server. Play only servers do not have the “Create” button on the top middle of the screen.
